No. There is no minimum spend, so you can order for any amount. What does apply is a minimum quantity per product, which ranges from 12 to 100 units according to the series and is stated on every product page.

A single-unit sample costs the product's unit price plus exactly €1.00 excluding VAT. Samples are available for almost every reference in the catalogue, one unit at a time. Displays and accessories are the exception: they have no separate single-unit sample.

The die costs €30, paid once and only once. The logo is applied by hot foil stamping and there is no per-unit charge for the stamping itself. The €30 covers the die being made from your artwork.

No. The €30 is a one-off payment for good. Your die is kept and reused on every repeat order, so reorders carry no further logo charge.

The stamping area runs from 30x30 mm to 90x90 mm depending on the format of the item, not on its size alone: each format has a standard and a maximum area. For example, a 65x65 mm format takes 40x40 mm as standard and 50x50 mm at maximum; 85x85 mm takes 50x50 mm and 70x70 mm; 120x120 mm takes 60x60 mm and 90x90 mm. Hot foil stamping is carried out in Spain. The logo is applied within the stamping area assigned to each format, for instance 30x30 mm on a 51x51 mm format or 50x30 mm on a 233x53 mm format. The area for your chosen reference is listed in the table of 53 formats.

Send a vector file (.ai, .eps or .pdf), which is the safest option for hot foil stamping. A good quality image file is also accepted. We produce a proof from your artwork before anything is stamped.

Delivery takes 4 to 9 calendar days across the rest of Europe for unpersonalised catalogue stock, and 2 to 5 calendar days within Spain. Orders carrying a logo take 21 calendar days, counted from proof approval.

Shipping is charged by weight and destination zone, plus a fixed €2.00 handling charge per order. There is no free shipping threshold. The exact carriage cost is calculated at checkout once your basket and delivery address are in.

Yes. Every reference has its own product declaration and EU declaration of conformity, signed by MY ECOBOXES, S.L.U. and downloadable as a PDF from the product page itself, in the six languages of this website: look for the red line "COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATION (EU) 2025/40 PPWR. PRODUCT DECLARATION", just above the price. The declaration states the materials, the country of origin and compliance with the applicable requirements: the sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium does not exceed 100 mg/kg, substances of concern are minimised, and conformity is assessed by internal production control (Annex VII), with the technical documentation kept for 5 years.
