No. There is no minimum spend, so you can order for any amount. What does apply is a minimum quantity per product, which ranges from 12 to 100 units according to the series and is stated on every product page.

A single-unit sample costs the product's unit price plus exactly €1.00 excluding VAT. Samples are available for almost every reference in the catalogue, one unit at a time. Displays and accessories are the exception: they have no separate single-unit sample.

The die costs €30, paid once and only once. The logo is applied by hot foil stamping and there is no per-unit charge for the stamping itself. The €30 covers the die being made from your artwork.

No. The €30 is a one-off payment for good. Your die is kept and reused on every repeat order, so reorders carry no further logo charge.

You choose it in the customiser on the product page, in 5 mm steps from 5 to 150 mm. Only the sizes that fit that product are shown, because the logo has to sit inside its print area: the size of the product minus a margin of 5 mm on every side for boxes and 7 mm for Luxury Boxes; on paper bags the top 50 mm, where the handles are, also stay clear. Some examples of print areas:

• 42 × 42 mm box: 32 × 32 mm.
• 50 × 70 mm box: 40 × 60 mm.
• 58 × 58 mm Luxury Box: 44 × 44 mm.
• 120 × 150 mm paper bag: 110 × 95 mm.

Hot-foil stamping is carried out in Spain. The logo goes on the lid of boxes, on the inside of the lid of Luxury Boxes and on the front of bags (on press-stud pouches, on the pocket under the flap; on microfibre pouches, on the band). In the customiser on the product page you see the product to scale with its print area marked: you can drag the logo into place or let us position it. Before stamping we email you a proof, and nothing is stamped until you approve it.

You upload it yourself on the product page when you choose “New logo”: PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 5 MB. If you have it as a vector file, SVG is best; if it is an image, the higher the resolution, the better. Stamping is single-colour: the customiser shows your logo in the chosen colour, without the background of the file. Before production we send you a proof for approval.

Delivery takes 4 to 9 calendar days across the rest of Europe for unpersonalised catalogue stock, and 2 to 5 calendar days within Spain. Orders carrying a logo take 7 to 21 calendar days, counted from payment.

We ship to 34 countries. The catalogue runs to 1,163 references per language and is published in 6 languages. Shipping costs depend on the destination zone.

Shipping is charged by weight and destination zone, plus a fixed €2.00 handling charge per order. There is no free shipping threshold. The exact carriage cost is calculated at checkout once your basket and delivery address are in.

No, we sell to the trade only. Our customers are jewellers, jewellery brands, jewellery manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, workshops and online shops. Ordering requires a professional account.

Product pages give the exterior dimensions; interior dimensions are not published. The 1-unit sample exists precisely for this: order one, place your piece in it and check the fit before committing to a quantity. A sample costs the unit price plus €1.00 excluding VAT.

Boxes are made of cardboard, while cases come in a range of materials and finishes that vary by series. Bags and pouches are available in paper, suedette and organza. The materials for each reference are listed on its product page.

Yes, there is a dedicated ECO line in cardboard and paper. It sits alongside the standard catalogue and follows the same minimum quantities, from 12 to 100 units depending on the series. The materials used are stated on each product page.

Yes. Every reference has its own product declaration and EU declaration of conformity, signed by MY ECOBOXES, S.L.U. and downloadable as a PDF from the product page itself, in the six languages of this website: look for the red line "COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATION (EU) 2025/40 PPWR. PRODUCT DECLARATION", just above the price. The declaration states the materials, the country of origin and compliance with the applicable requirements: the sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium does not exceed 100 mg/kg, substances of concern are minimised, and conformity is assessed by internal production control (Annex VII), with the technical documentation kept for 5 years.
