Delivery of your order
Packages are normally dispatched within 4-9 days of receipt of payment for unprinted items and within 21 days of receipt of payment for items with a logo print, via a courier service.
Delivery Terms
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges, as well as transport costs. Transport costs vary depending on the weight of the parcel. We advise you to group all the items you purchase into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders received at different times, and delivery charges will apply to each one.
The boxes are of a suitable size and the items are adequately protected.
Returns and Refunds
For orders WITHOUT logo personalisation, we accept returns within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order. Our courier will collect the items. To be accepted, the items must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as when received. The cost of return postage will be borne by the buyer, unless there is an error in the item sent or a quality issue with the items.
For orders WITH logo personalisation, we do NOT accept returns, unless there is an error in the item sent or a quality issue with the items, and always within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order. Our courier will collect the items. Items must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as when received in order to be accepted. Transport costs will be borne by our company, My Ecoboxes, S.L.U.
Refunds for the order amount will be made by bank transfer within 4-9 days of receipt of the returned goods.
