Delivery of your order
Packages are normally dispatched within 4-9 days of receipt of payment for unprinted items and within 7 to 21 days of receipt of payment for items with a logo print, via a courier service.
Delivery Terms
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges, as well as transport costs. Transport costs vary depending on the weight of the parcel. We advise you to group all the items you purchase into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders received at different times, and delivery charges will apply to each one.
The boxes are of a suitable size and the items are adequately protected.
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and outside the EU
These destinations are outside the European Union VAT area, so the parcel goes through customs on arrival:
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: the order is invoiced without VAT (it is an export from mainland Spain). On arrival, the recipient pays the import tax: IGIC in the Canary Islands and IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla.
- Andorra: the order is invoiced without Spanish VAT. The recipient pays the Andorran import tax (IGI).
- Countries outside the EU: the order is invoiced without Spanish VAT. Any import taxes and duties in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
- United Kingdom: we only sell to businesses registered for UK VAT. When saving the address you must enter the company name and its VAT number (for example, GB123456789).
For customs clearance, the carrier needs an identification number for the recipient: DNI, NIE or NIF in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; NRT or ID document in Andorra; and, in other countries, the tax number required by local customs (for example, the EORI number for UK businesses).
Returns and Refunds
For orders WITHOUT logo personalisation, we accept returns within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order. Our courier will collect the items. To be accepted, the items must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as when received. The cost of return postage will be borne by the buyer, unless there is an error in the item sent or a quality issue with the items.
For orders WITH logo personalisation, we do NOT accept returns, unless there is an error in the item sent or a quality issue with the items, and always within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order. Our courier will collect the items. Items must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as when received in order to be accepted. Transport costs will be borne by our company, My Ecoboxes, S.L.U.
Refunds for the order amount will be made by bank transfer within 4-9 days of receipt of the returned goods.
